Both teams should be at the host club by 6.45pm and able to commence the first match by 7pm. Extra allowance should also be given to teams travelling long distances (ie: to/from the Wairarapa. If a team expects to be late they should make every effort to notify the opposing team captain by phoning the host Club.
The visiting team will select the playing order for the tie.
Each pair of opposing players will jointly mark or referee one match. The choice of marking or refereeing should be by mutual agreement of the two players or decided by the toss of a coin.
Players may have a 5 minute warm up before their match. During this period please ensure the warm up is fair with no more than 2 or 3 shots to yourself before making an easily playable shot to your opponent. Referees must time this warm up period and announce ‘half time’ after 2.5 minutes.
